Yoga 101Please don’t be confused by the title. This not just a beginner’s class even though beginners are welcome. This class is meant to be a more thorough examination of what we are doing. We will break down poses in order to get them “right.” We will talk about fundamentals in our yoga practice. We will explore some philosophy, some theory, some mantra, some asana. We will get you ready for a lifelong yoga practice. If you are confused about something, this is the class to ask in. We are teaching to understand the practice, fundamentals, and tradition of this practice while getting a good stretch and building an amazing community.

Restorative YinYin is a nurturing style of yoga comprised of restful postures with long holds, supported by props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets. This hands on teaching style, often including optional reiki energy healing and cbd adjustments, is paired with soft music and occasional live sound healing instruments. This all level practice offers full body and mind healing for the everyday human.
Gentle FlowMuch like Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow takes the idea of moving through our postures in a measured, rhythmic, and smooth way; we tend to take less intense postures while experiencing the postures deeply, patiently, and purely.
Slow FlowJust because the word “slow” is in the title, don't think you will get off easy with this class. Designed to awaken the body and find a deeper understanding of poses, this class follows a vigorous vinyasa sequence but at a slower pace. Each pose has multiple levels making this class great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
Flow & UnwindStarting with a traditional hatha style flow to build heat and strength within the body we then transition into a restorative class in which deeper stretches will help release tension from the body, culminating in an extended savasana. Want to work hard and earn a well-deserved rest? This is for you!
FlowVinyasa Flow is a form of “Yoga Asana” where we find a rhythm and smoothness to our practice of postures (Asana). We seamlessly move through poses in a flowing fashion, making our practice both a dance and a meditation.
Vinyasa FlowFollowing the Shakti tradition of one of our co-founders (Hey, yo, who’s that?), this class incorporates a more traditional and historical approach to yoga that includes meditation, pranayama, classical sun salutations, and mantra. This class is centered on the 8 limbs of yoga including, but not limited to, meditation, breathcontrol, and postures.
Energetic FlowThis class aims to build strength, stamina, and flexibility all while creating peace in both mind and body. Often times the instructor will show a more advanced pose while encouraging students to get a great workout while building our yogi powers. Super-yogi powers, Unite!
Advance PosesOh no! Don’t do it. Haha. Just kidding. DO IT! Advance Poses is for students working towards advance postures, breathwork, and meditation. While this class is open to everyone, use your discernment during class. If you need variations of a posture, we can make that happen. This class is as much about calming the ego as it is about doing a handstand.
